Switch from Local account to Microsoft account in Windows 10

If you want to change Local account to Microsoft account in Windows 10.

1. Sing-in to your local user account.
2. Open Windows Settings (Press Windows key + I key) and choose Accounts.
3. Click on Sign in with a Microsoft account instead.

If you already have a Microsoft account, you can enter the email address associated with the existing Microsoft account.

Otherwise, you can create a new email address in the outlook.com domain.
