How to Cancel a Print Job in Windows 10
If you are having problems with a printer or print job, cancelling a print job in Windows 10 is very easy. Open the Printers & scanners pane, right-click the appropriate printer and select Open queue. Then select the document and choose cancel from the Document menu.
- Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners.
- Select your printer from the list and choose Open queue. A window opens showing the print queue, which is the list of files to be printed.
- Select the print job, go to Document menu and choose Cancel.
To cancel all print jobs in the print queue, select Cancel All Documents from the Document menu.

If a print job stuck in the queue and cannot delete it, turn the printer off and then on again.
