Determine if Your PC Uses UEFI or Legacy BIOS in Windows 10/11
To determine if your computer has UEFI BIOS, click the Start button and type msinfo32
" Then, from the search results, select the "System Information" app.

In System Information, look for the BIOS Mode under the System Summary.

If the BIOS Mode is UEFI, then your computer has UEFI BIOS. If the BIOS Mode is Legacy, then your computer has Legacy BIOS.
