How to Connect Bluetooth Headphones to PC Windows 10
Your Windows 10 PC/Laptop can use Bluetooth to connect to wireless audio devices such as speakers and headphones. The following guide explains how to connect your wireless headphones to your computer.
The steps to connect Bluetooth headphones to your Windows 10 PC are as follows:
- On your device, press and hold the Bluetooth button to activate pairing mode.
- On your Windows 10 PC, go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth and other devices, and make sure Bluetooth in on.
- And then click Add a Bluetooth Device button to pair your headphones to the PC.
Pair Your Headphones to the PC
First, you need to turn the headphones on and set it into pairing mode. On your device, press and hold the Bluetooth button to set it into the pairing mode (some headphones have on-off button which will automatically put into pairing mode when turned on).
Either way, when your headphones in pairing mode, you will see a blinking LED bulb (red and blue light or blue and white, for example).
After that, on your Windows 10 PC click the start button, open Settings and then go to Devices > Bluetooth and other devices. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on by toggling the switch on.
Click on Add Bluetooth or other device and then select Bluetooth as the kind of the device you want to add.
If headphones in pairing mode, Windows will discover it and will show in the list. Click on the device to which you want to connect your Windows 10 PC. In this example, it is a Bluetooth headset named MEIZU EP52.
Windows will add the device automatically.
After the pairing is complete, Connected displays under the name of the Bluetooth device.
